Pine Water Group serves as the owner’s representative and single point of accountability from initial concept through completion. We coordinate architects, designers, consultants, contractors, and vendors; manage HOA and TRPA approvals; negotiate contracts; oversee invoices and payments; and maintain a daily presence on site.
With so many disciplines involved, we serve as the steward of the owner’s priorities and the project’s design intent, carrying both from stage to stage and consultant to consultant. Whether coordinating a dramatic ceiling across structural, HVAC, fire-sprinkler, and lighting plans or confirming curtain pockets before framing closes, we manage the intersections where important details are often lost—protecting the design and avoiding costly delays or rework.
Our fixed-fee structure keeps our interests aligned with those of each owner, while communication is tailored to their preferred level of owner involvement. We resolve issues before they affect quality, cost, or schedule, making a complex process feel frictionless while protecting the client’s time and investment.
